Crap advertising

I came across an extraordinary piece of advertising today; I’m not sure whether it would best be described as ‘outdoor’ or ‘ambient’.  It was a small card item, brand new looking, and it had been inserted at a jaunty angle into a pile of fresh dog s**t on the pavement near the local school.  Wow, I thought, someone has dropped their business card and by an amazing fluke it has landed where they didn’t want to pick up.  But, no – curiosity got the better of me and, upon peering closer, I was able to read the pre-printed message, which basically (in rather poetic language, with the odd bit of Old English thrown in for dramatic effect) berated the non-scooping owner for their antisocial behaviour.  It was all very professional, and got me wondering about the rate-card for this impactful new medium – surely it has all manner of interesting potential for the petfood industry, and perhaps others besides.   All suggestions welcome!
